 Returns will be accepted up to 2 days following the delivery of your order. To qualify for a return, your item must be in an identical state to when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging complete with the label and tag.

Items must be unused and have all tags attached.
The packaging must include the original invoice, packaging materials, and tags.
The product should be free of scratches or deformities.
If you receive an incorrect product or an empty box, please send us a video. Start recording from when you tear open the sealed tamper-proof bag until the package is fully opened. This will help us solve the issue quickly.
Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Replacement is possible with same product only for damage / incorrect item post unboxing video is received
In the event that a product is out of stock and cannot be replaced, it can be substituted with refund.
we do not accept returns for sale items.
All our products come in one standard size, which is specified in the product descriptions on our website.
If a reverse pick-up service is unavailable for a particular address or pin code, the customer must use a local courier service for the return. In such instances, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
The return retrieval will be scheduled for the initial delivery address.
Once the return product is delivered at our warehouse and the gift card will be issued within next 7-10 working days.
The return once initiated it takes 7-10 working days to get it delivered at our warehouse.   
Return is allowed only once.

prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method.

COD orders: Refunded to UPI or bank account provided by you.

Input your Email ID/Mobile Number
Choose the reason for return and select the product. Additionally, upload a video /photo in accordance with the chosen reason.
Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed. If it meets the criteria mentioned above, it will be accepted within the next 24 working hours. If it doesn't meet the criteria, you may receive a rejection message.
After the return process is initiated, it will take 7-8 days for your order to reach our warehouse. Following that, refund will be issued within the next 7-10 working days, as per your request.
